CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the services booked. No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the services booked. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
